Booking Fee Policy
A booking fee of £20 is required to secure your appointment at Perfect Image Consultants. Payments can be made via card or BACS transfer.
Provisional appointments may be made at the discretion of the clinic which will be held for 24 hours whilst awaiting a booking fee to secure the appointment. Appointments will not be held beyond this and if the booking fee is not paid within this time, the appointment will be removed from the diary.
The £20 booking fee is deducted from the cost of any treatment, if carried out on same day.
Following the consultation, if the patient wishes to book in for treatment on a different day then another booking fee will be required and a total of £40 will be deducted from the cost of treatment.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or change any appointment. Changes/cancellations with less than 48 hour’s notice will result in a loss of your booking fee. Any further appointments made will require another booking fee and the above rules will apply.
If a patient does not attend their appointment or cancels with less than 48 hours notice the £20 booking fee will not be refunded. A booking fee will only be refunded if a patient gives more than 48 hours’ notice.
